All-American Eton Mess
Combine Crunchy Domed Chocolate Chip Cookies, edible cookie dough, whipped coconut cream and red, white & blue berries to turn a British dessert into an American summertime treat.
An Eton Mess hardly needs a recipe, but for our version, we first arrange most of the crunchy domed chocolate chip cookies on a marble board.
Add scoops of coconut whipped cream between the cookies.
Roll frozen cookie dough into 1″ balls, and place in and around the whipped cream.
Crush or boil fresh blueberries into a sauce, then pour over the whipped cream and cookies. Scatter fresh raspberries, pomegranate seeds, mint leaves and other red & blue fruits over the cookies and cream.
