Cloud Forest Donuts

Chocolate Chip Cookie Donuts with Cream Cheese Icing, Roast Corn & Lime

Makes 12 donuts.
For the donuts:

1 Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Kit

1 Cups (240 ml) non-dairy milk

1/4 Cup (60 ml) oil

For the cream cheese icing:

1 Cup powdered sugar

1.5 Tbsp vegan cream cheese

For the toppings:

lightly salted roast corn kernels

lime zest

Mix the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough kit with 1 cup non-dairy milk and 1/4 cup oil.

Grease a donut pan liberally and pour in the batter. Bake at 350 F for 10-12 minutes.
