Golden Date Cupcakes

What you need:
Makes 6 cupcakes

1  Golden Date Cake Mix

3 Tbsp  oil

1 Cup + 1 Tbsp water

1/2 Tbsp white distilled or apple cider vinegar

Make the batter by mixing 1 packet of gluten-free Golden Date Cake mix with 3 tablespoons oil, 1 cup + 1 tablespoon water, and 1/2 tablespoon white distilled or apple cider vinegar.

Divide into 6 lined cupcake molds, and bake at 350°F/180°C for 14-16 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in comes out clean.
