Heart Healthy Banana Walnut Chip Bread
First, mash 1 banana into a bowl.
Add 3/4 cup water and the sugar packet, then mix until combined.
Add the flour mix, 1/2 cup rolled oats, and most of the 1/2 cup walnuts to the sugar mix, then stir to form a dough.
Grease the sides of a small loaf pan (or line it with parchment paper), and scoop in the batter until the loaf pan is 2/3 full.
Sprinkle some brown sugar and a few more chopped walnuts on top of the dough.
Bake at 350°F / 180°C for 13 minutes for small loaves, or 35 minutes if you make a large loaf.
Check to see if the bread is done by inserting a toothpick. If any batter sticks to the toothpick when you take it out, bake for another 3-5 minutes, and check again.
Let your bread cool for at least 10 minutes before enjoying your delicious heart healthy dessert! Serve alone, with nut butter, or any other topping of choice.
