Protein Power Bars

Use the Chocolate Chip Cookie Kit as a base to toss in your favorite ingredients and create your perfect energy bar. Just add more liquids the more dry ingredients you have.

What you’ll need:

1 Sugarblocs Chocolate Chip Cookie Kit

6 Tbsp water

8 Tbsp oil

1 Tbsp nut butter

1 Tbsp protein powder

1/4 Cup rolled oats

3 Tbsp chia seeds

 3 Tbsp dried cranberries

Pour the sugar mix into a bowl. Add 6 Tbsp water and 8 Tbsp oil. Stir well to fully combine.

Add water and oil to sugar

Add 1 Tbsp nut butter and 1 Tbsp protein powder to the sugar mix, stir to combine.

Add the Flour Mix, along with 1/4 Cup (120ml) rolled oats, and up to 6 Tbsp (90 ml) total of nuts, seeds and/or dried fruits of your choice.

We used 3 Tbsp (45 ml) chia seeds and 3 Tbsp dried cranberries.

Mix to combine.

Spread the dough mixture onto a lined baking tray, approximately 9″x7″ (23cm x 18cm).

We sprinkled the top with powdered açai.

Bake at 350°F (180°C) for about 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.

Let it cool before taking out of the tray and cutting into squares.
